The staff members were all very polite and courteous. The location was brilliant, not too far away from Abtei Benediktiner. There were the Christmas market and a market around the hotel.

Well, it was a such great stay for a business trip. The staff was courteous the entire time. This accommodation had a very central setting to Frankfurt airport. We didn't want to leave, strongly recommend.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was neat. This accommodation had a very central setting to events at Koln Messe. And it was also so close to the middle age Christmas market, coffee shops and eating places: D

I liked the comfort, the room was fairly big and it had a very nice view. The hotel is next to the train station, but still, it is very quiet.

Large and comfortable room though rather bland. Free wifi was great as was the breakfast. Location is very convenient for getting the train to Cologne.

There is no air conditioning - not a problem when I was there but could be in the summer. There was no iron available. The central location makes it rather noisy at night especially if you need to open windows.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps away from the train station, making transportation easy. Additionally, the breakfast served was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were great.

Simplicity of service, cleanliness, facilities and food. Hotel was good value for money and very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Despite proximity to rail station rooms were very quiet.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, directly opposite the train station. You can easily hop on the u-bahn for travel or catch a train right next to the rail station. The rooms are spacious and some even come with a huge balcony, offering wonderful views of the surroundings. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast spread is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, everything was ok and there's nothing major to complain about.

For us an excellent location for the station to travel to Koeln (25 mins)and as expected a little noisy in the time after midnight but bearable. Staff on reception very good and as it was raining offered us umbrellas to take to Koeln for our city tour which turned out to be extremely useful. Excellent breakfast.

Slightly short of coat hangers in the wardrobes but that is hardly a big deal we were only there 1 night and prctically living out fo suitcases anyway! Strangely though they did not have any more available when I asked for some!

This hotel's location is convenient for those traveling by train, as it's right next to the station. You can find everything you need nearby, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants located within easy walking distance. The staff are helpful and responsive to your needs, and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is unreliable, making it inconvenient for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

Location: Siegburg Main Station exit to Hotel Entrance is only about 30m Reception: we already arrived at 9am, and even though the room was not ready yet (which we didn't expect at all as we did not announce our early arrival) we could still not only drop of our luggage and get the key cards for our rooms, and had our luggage in our room just fine when we returned late in the evening Breakfast: A very nice, big buffet and enough seats for everyone

If you're sensitive to noise you should ask for a room on the back side that is not facing the station

During my Christmas stay, the hotel complemented my stay with two extra perks. The location was key, super easy to access shops and restaurants. I liked that the hotel was equipped with free Wi-Fi, so I could stay online and connected.

My stay was not without some imperfections. The lobby was small, there was no space to lounge around.
